REVIEW ASSIGNMENT
In your groups, create a live event that will be streamed live BEFORE 03/14
– must involve interaction with a live audience
– must be AT LEAST 20 minutes in length
– Include metrics/Screenshots. How many participated, etc.

Take the first 10 minutes of class, to meet with your group and prepare to present the results. Please do the following:
1. Introduce your project. What was it, how was it SUPPOSED to work?
2. How did you promote the event? Show examples
3. Identify the team, and what their roles were.
4. Walk us through. What happened?
5. Show some of the archive
6. What worked?
7. What did not work? What could have gone better?
8. If you could do it again, what would you change?
9. Present metrics. Audience, reach, interactivity.

– Stick to what worked (examples in class)
– The team must be split into clearly defined roles
– must include promotions on Social Media channels
– Must have Rules clearly communicated well before the event
– must be AT LEAST 30 minutes in length
– Must use an external (not mobile) video camera, and integrate pre-recorded content (OBS)
– Include metrics/Screenshots. How many participated, etc.
– Be ready to present next class
